Important Instructions

1. Mode of Submission:
   All bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS). Manual submissions will not be accepted.

2. RFP Document Access:
   The RFP containing detailed technical and financial requirements is available on EPADS for registered bidders.

3. Deadline:

   • Submission of Proposals: By 23rd June 2025, at 11:00 AM

   • Opening of Technical Proposals: Same day, 23rd June 2025, at 11:30 AM, through EPADS

4. Note:
   In case the deadline falls on a public holiday, the next working day will apply for both submission and opening of bids.
