The Communication & Works Department, Khushab, invites PEC-registered contractors to participate in the E-Tendering process for the following development project. This procurement is being carried out under the rules and regulations set forth by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014, including all amendments up to date.

Key Instructions for Bidders

Eligibility
Only firms/contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category or above are eligible to participate. -
E-Tender Registration
Contractors must be registered on the Punjab E-Tendering system. After registration, eligible firms may download the BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and submit their online bids accordingly. -
Bid Submission

Online bids must be submitted by 17th June 2025 at 01:00 PM.

Bids will be opened the same day at 01:30 PM in the Commissioner’s Office, Sargodha Division.

Bid Security
-
Each bidder must upload a scanned Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) worth 5% of the estimated cost from any scheduled bank.

The original CDR must be submitted by hand in the office of the undersigned before the deadline.

Non-submission of original CDR will result in disqualification.

Performance Guarantee
The successful bidder must submit a 10% performance bank guarantee of the bid amount within 15 days of receiving the letter of acceptance. Failure to do so will lead to cancellation of the award and forfeiture of the earnest money. -
Important Notes

Any false or misleading information, or submission of a fake CDR, will result in disqualification and legal action under PPRA Rules.

Such cases may also be referred to PEC and PPRA for further disciplinary action.

In case of system issues, recovery against old material will be audited manually and the bids will be evaluated accordingly.

The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids and is not obliged to provide detailed justification for doing so.
