Water & Sanitation Agency (WASA), Rawalpindi invites bids for the following development works from PEC-registered firms/contractors, who are also registered on the E-Procurement System (E-PAD), FBR, and PRA, and hold an active taxpayer status for the financial year 2024–25.

Important Dates

• Bid Submission Deadline: 17th June 2025 at 12:00 PM

• Bid Opening Date & Time: 17th June 2025 at 12:30 PM

• Mode of Submission: Only through E-PAD. Manual bids will not be accepted under any circumstance.

Bid Security

• All bidders must submit bid security equal to 5% of the estimated project cost.

• The original bid security (in the form of CDR) must also be submitted by hand at the office of the concerned Deputy Director, WASA, before the bid submission deadline.

• Failure to submit the hard copy of bid security will result in automatic disqualification.

• Bid security will be released only after receiving the original document.

Note to Bidders

• All bidders are responsible for payment of applicable taxes as per Government of Punjab rules at the time of invoice/payment.

• The bidding process is subject to current PPRA Rules. Any violations will lead to the rejection of the bid.
