Center of Excellence (Boys), Tandlianwala invites sealed e-bids from qualified engineering firms and contractors for the execution of the following civil work at the school campus. Bidding will be conducted in line with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, using the e-tendering system.

Eligibility Criteria

Interested firms/contractors must fulfill the following conditions:

• Registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the fiscal year 2024–2025 in relevant category/codes.

• Hold valid NTN, STRN, and PRA certificates.

• Be active tax filers.

• Registered on the Punjab PPRA e-procurement portal.

The bidding shall be conducted under the Single Stage – Single Envelope method.

Submission Process

• Earnest Money (2% of the estimated cost) must be submitted in the form of Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft, or Pay Order, in favor of “Center of Excellence, Tandlianwala”.

• The original bid security must be submitted in a sealed envelope at the school’s address:

  Principal, Center of Excellence (Boys)
  Jinnah Colony, Opposite Assistant Commissioner Office,
  Tandlianwala

  Submission Deadline: Tuesday, 17th June 2025 by 2:00 PM
  Bid Opening: Same day at 2:30 PM

• All bids must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement system.

• Late submissions or missing bid security will not be entertained.
