District Education Authority (DEA) Sahiwal invites sealed e-bids from reputable and eligible suppliers for the procurement of Desktop Computers and Fashion Designing Kits for various government schools across the district.

Who Can Apply?

All distributors, authorized dealers, firms, companies, and sole proprietors who are registered with relevant government departments and tax authorities (e.g., Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax) are encouraged to participate.

Bidding Process

• The tender will be conducted under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure:

  • Technical Proposal

  • Financial Proposal (only opened for technically qualified bids)

• Bids must be submitted electronically via the Punjab EPADS portal by 16th June 2025 at 11:00 AM.

• Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM.

Lot-wise Details and Estimated Costs

Note:

• Separate bids may be submitted for each lot.

• Partial bids within a lot will not be accepted.

• Contracts will be awarded lot-wise to the lowest evaluated technically responsive bidders.

Important Requirements

1. Bid Documents
   Interested parties must download the complete set of bidding documents in advance to ensure compliance with all terms and conditions.

2. Bid Security

   • Bidders must deposit a 2% bid security (as per lot value) in physical form (separate for each lot).

   • Acceptable forms: Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee, Pay Order, or Demand Draft.

   • Payable in favor of the Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority, Sahiwal.

   • Failure to submit the original bid security before the deadline will result in disqualification.

3. Submission Guidelines

   • Ensure all documents are uploaded as per instructions.

   • Late or incomplete bids will not be entertained.
