Subject: Procurement of Fashion Designing Kits for Matric Tech Programme in Public Schools – District Nankana Sahib

The District Education Authority (DEA), Nankana Sahib, invites sealed e-bids from eligible and reputable manufacturers, distributors, authorized dealers, firms, companies, and sole proprietors for the supply, installation, and related services of Fashion Designing Kits. These kits are to be used for the establishment of new Fashion Designing Labs under the Matric Tech Programme in selected public schools across the district.

Eligibility Criteria:

Interested parties must be:

• Registered with relevant tax and registration authorities (including Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax).

• Authorized to supply, install, and provide after-sales support for the required items.

Bidding Process:

• The procurement will be carried out through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS), in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).

• A Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure will be used.

Key Dates:

• Submission Deadline: June 12, 2025, by 11:00 AM (electronically via e-PADS)

• Bid Opening: June 12, 2025, at 11:30 AM (electronically via e-PADS)

Important Instructions:

• Bidding documents can be freely downloaded from the e-PADS or the Punjab PPRA website.

• A bid security of PKR 651,000 (i.e., 2% of the estimated cost) must be physically submitted before the bid opening time at the DEA Office, Nankana Sahib.

• The bid security should be submitted in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Bank Guarantee (BG), Pay Order, or Demand Draft in favor of the Chief Executive Officer, DEA Nankana Sahib.

• Bids without original bid security will not be considered.
