Important Information for Bidders

1. Application Submission:
   Contractors must submit a formal application to the Commander MES (Army), Bahawalpur, requesting issuance of tender documents. Applications must include complete credentials and documents as listed under point 8 of the original notice.

2. Eligibility & Issuance of Documents:
   Only those firms that demonstrate relevant experience and meet the required technical criteria will be issued the tender documents after scrutiny.

3. Tender Submission & Opening:

   • Last date and time for submission: 03 June 2025 at 11:30 AM

   • Opening of tenders: 03 June 2025 at 12:00 PM

4. Certification Requirements:

   • Bidders must provide a certificate confirming that they are not involved in any litigation with a government department and that no adverse report from the Directorate of Inspection and Evaluation (E-in-C’s Branch GHQ) is outstanding against them.

   • Bidders must also submit a copy of valid registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category. Bidders without PEC registration are not eligible.

5. MES Registered Contractors:
   Only contractors listed with MES in Category C or D and above, and who have experience with similar types of works, should apply.

6. Tender Opening:
   Contractors may attend the tender opening proceedings if they wish.

7. Right of Acceptance/Rejection:
   The Accepting Officer reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders as per Para 33(i) of the PPRA Rules.
