The University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore invites sealed bids from manufacturers, authorized distributors, or authorized dealers registered with Sales Tax and Income Tax departments, for the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and miscellaneous items for the Admin & Coordination Department and the Examination Department (ELC).

This tender follows the Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014 (amended) via e-PADS (e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System).

Important Guidelines

• Tender Documents
  Can be downloaded from the official websites of UHS and PPRA Punjab free of cost.

• Bid Security
  Each bid must be accompanied by a 2% refundable bid security (as per PPRA Rule 27) of the estimated cost. The bid security must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee, CDR, Banker’s Cheque, or Pay Order, drawn in favor of the Treasurer, University of Health Sciences, Lahore.

• Bid Submission & Opening

  • Deadline to submit bids: 03 June 2025 by 3:00 PM via e-PADS.

  • Bid opening time: 03 June 2025 at 3:30 PM, in the presence of bidders’ representatives.

• Bidding Procedure

  • Submit both technical and financial proposals separately.

  • All rules and procedures as per PPRA Punjab will apply.

• Right to Disqualify
  The University reserves the right to disqualify any supplier or contractor at any stage if any submitted information is found to be false, inaccurate, or incomplete, under the PPRA 2014 (amended).
