The Capital Development Authority (CDA), Islamabad, invites electronic bids from reputable firms for the following road infrastructure project, in accordance with PPRA Rule 36(b) – Single Stage, Two Envelope Procedure:

Project Title

Remodeling/Widening of Faizabad Interchange, Islamabad

• Estimated Cost (NIT): Rs. 195.300 million

• Bid Security: Rs. 3.906 million

• Project Type: Road Infrastructure

Eligibility Criteria

Bids are invited from firms that:

• Are registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in Category C-4 or above for the year 2024–2025.

• Hold valid PEC registration codes: CE-01, CE-02, CE-09, CE-10, EE-02, EE-11.

• Can demonstrate qualification and eligibility as outlined in the bidding documents.

Bidding Procedure & Submission

• The bidding will be conducted through the Electronic Procurement and Disposal System (EPADS):

  • EPADS Portal

  • PPRA Website

• Interested bidders must:

  • Submit their Bid Security from their own account in the form of Pay Order/CDR in favor of DDO (P&C) CDA.

  • Upload a scanned PDF copy of the bid security to EPADS.

  • Submit the original bid security to the office of Director (P&CA-I), CDA on or before the deadline.

• Bid Submission Deadline:

  • Date: June 4, 2025

  • Time: 11:30 AM

• Technical Bid Opening:

  • Date: June 4, 2025

  • Time: 12:00 PM (noon)

  • Venue: Room #29, Block-III, P&C Wing, CDA Secretariat, Sector G-7/4, Islamabad

Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Procurement Committee and any authorized representatives of the bidding firms who choose to attend.
