The University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, authorized distributors, or dealers—registered with both Income Tax and Sales Tax departments—for the following:

Procurement of Language and Speech Lab Tools & Books

(For the Speech Therapy Lab at UHS, Lahore)

This tender will be processed under the Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure, in line with Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA), 2014, as enforced through the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS).

Important Information for Bidders

• Availability of Documents:
  Complete tender documents can be accessed and downloaded from the UHS and PPRA Punjab websites.

• Bid Submission Deadline:
  All bids must be submitted electronically via the e-PADS portal by 03:00 PM on June 3, 2025.

• Bid Opening:
  Submitted bids will be opened by the UHS Tender Committee on the same day at 03:30 PM, in the presence of authorized representatives of participating firms.

• Bid Security Requirement:
  A 2% bid security (as per PPRA Rule 27) of the estimated cost must be submitted in the form of a Bank Guarantee, CDR, Banker’s Cheque, or Pay Order, drawn in favor of the Treasurer, University of Health Sciences, Lahore.

• Right to Disqualify:
  UHS reserves the right to disqualify any bidder if the information provided is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete, at any stage of the procurement process, in accordance with PPRA regulations.
