The University of Health Sciences (UHS), Lahore invites sealed bids from firms registered with Income Tax, GST, and Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the following landscaping work at its Jinnah Campus, Kala Shah Kaku (KSK):

Project Title:

Filing of Earth in Lawn in Front of Admin Block for Landscaping – Jinnah Campus KSK
(For Admin & Coordination Department)

Scope of Work:

• Earth filling, watering, and compacting under floors.

• Use of fresh earth brought from outside sources.

• Transportation lead up to 5 miles (8 km).

• Total volume: 224,500 cubic feet (Cft).

Estimated Cost and Bid Security

Bidding Procedure:

• This tender will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope process, as per Rule 38(2) of the Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA), 2014.

• Bidders must submit technical and financial proposals in separate sealed envelopes.

• Last date to submit bids: June 3, 2025, by 3:00 PM (only via e-PADS)

• Bid opening time: June 3, 2025, at 3:30 PM
  (In the presence of bidders’ representatives by the Tender Committee)

Instructions for Bidders:

1. Tender Documents:
   Available on the official websites of UHS and PPRA Punjab.

2. Bid Security:
   Must be 2% of the estimated cost, submitted as a Bank Guarantee, CDR, Banker’s Cheque, or Pay Order made in favor of the Treasurer, University of Health Sciences, Lahore.

3. Disqualification Clause:
   UHS reserves the right to disqualify any firm if the information provided is found to be false, incomplete, or misleading, as per PPRA rules.
