Important Instructions for Bidders

1. Bid Security:
   All bids must be accompanied by a 5% bid security of the estimated price, in favor of the Divisional Forest Officer, Rajanpur Forest Division, submitted as a CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order.

   • A scanned copy of the bid security must be uploaded with the e-bid.

   • The original bid security must be submitted in person at the Divisional Forest Office before the bid submission deadline.

   • The issuing bank must also email a scanned copy of the bid security to dforajanpurfd@gmail.com.

2. Bidding Schedule:

   • Bid Submission Deadline: 16th June 2025, by 10:00 AM

   • Bid Opening Time: 16th June 2025, at 10:30 AM

3. Participation Guidelines:

   • Bidders may apply for a single lot/package or all available packages.

   • Rates must be quoted for each and every item in the selected lot(s).

   • Incomplete or partially priced bids will be considered non-responsive.

   • The contract will be awarded based on the lowest cumulative quoted price per lot/package.

4. Bidding Documents:

   • Available for download free of cost from the official procurement portals.

   • The Divisional Forest Officer will not be held responsible for any expenses incurred in the preparation or submission of bids.

   • If the submission date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will apply.
