Submission Guidelines

The complete tender process will be conducted exclusively via EPADS.
Tender documents can be downloaded from the official procurement portals, but submission will only be accepted through EPADS.
All bidders must upload a scanned copy of their Bid Security (Bank Guarantee, CDR, or Pay Order) along with their tender.
The original Bid Security must also be submitted to the Medical Superintendent's Office before the deadline.
Any late, missing, or unverified bid security will lead to automatic rejection.
