Building Division Rahim Yar Khan under the Communication & Works Department invites online bids (E-Tendering) from eligible contractors for the execution of various development schemes. The procurement will be done in strict accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA) 2014, including all updated amendments.
Contractors registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category or higher are eligible to participate.
Terms & Conditions

Contractors must register their firms on the Punjab E-Procurement system and can only participate in the e-tendering process after successful registration.

Each bidder must deposit Earnest Money (Bid Security) equal to 5% of the estimated cost in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from any scheduled bank in favor of the Executive Engineer, Buildings Division, Rahim Yar Khan.

Scanned copies of the CDR must be uploaded during online bid submission, and the original CDR, along with the firm's letterhead and valid PEC license, must be submitted in person to the Tender Opening Committee by 10:30 AM on June 20, 2025.

Bids quoting item rates (not percentage rates) must be submitted online before the due time. Failure to fill the BOQ or quoting percentage instead of item rates will render the bid non-responsive.

The bids will be opened at 11:00 AM on June 20, 2025, at the office of the Commissioner, Bahawalpur Division, in the presence of participating contractors.

Any attempt to provide false information or forged documents, including fake CDRs, will lead to disqualification and legal action as per PPRA and PEC regulations.

The successful bidder will be required to submit a performance guarantee amounting to 10% of the contract value, as per PPRA Clause 56.

The Procuring Agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance under PPRA Rule 35.

Credit for old material, if applicable, will be deducted as per the Technical Sanction (T.S.) estimate.
