Punjab Seed Corporation (PSC), an autonomous body of the Government of Punjab established under the Punjab Seed Corporation Act, 1976, invites online competitive bids from eligible individuals, firms, and contractors for the following agricultural labor service:

Bidding Procedure

The procurement will follow the Single Stage – One Envelope Bidding Procedure under PPRA Rules 2014. All interested parties must submit their proposals online, in line with the e-procurement policy.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Bids must include all applicable taxes (e.g., Income Tax, GST, PRA/PST).

• Prices should be quoted in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) only.

• A signed declaration on company letterhead must be attached, stating that the firm has never been blacklisted by any government, semi-government, autonomous, or private organization.

• Bidders must have valid NTN and PRA registration certificates.

• Incomplete proposals will not be entertained.

• The bid validity period is 60 days from the closing date of submission.

General Conditions

• In case the bid opening day falls on a public holiday, the bids will be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

• Punjab Seed Corporation reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason, as per PPRA rules.
