Invitation to Bid: Supply & Installation of Desktop Computers and Fashion Design Kits

The District Education Authority Bhakkar invites sealed e-bids from eligible and reputable manufacturers, authorized dealers, distributors, firms, companies, or sole proprietors for the procurement of desktop computers (including installation and related services) and fashion design kits. These items are intended for setting up new IT Labs and enhancing facilities in selected schools across the district.

The bidding process will follow the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and will be conducted via the e-Punjab Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS), as approved by the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).

Participation Requirements

1. Who Can Apply:

   • Registered manufacturers, authorized dealers, and firms with valid registration with relevant tax authorities (Income Tax, Sales Tax, and Punjab Sales Tax).

2. Bidding Method:

   • A Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding procedure will be adopted. This means:

     • One envelope should contain technical documents.

     • The second should contain the financial proposal.

   • Both must be submitted together via the e-PADS system.

3. Bid Submission Deadline:

   • Date: June 23, 2025

   • Time: No later than 11:00 AM

   • Bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM in the office of the Administrator, District Education Authority Bhakkar.

4. Bid Security:

   • All bidders must submit bid security before the closing time of bids at the office address provided.

   • Security must be submitted in original as:

     • Call Deposit Receipt (CDR),

     • Bank Guarantee (BG),

     • Pay Order, or

     • Demand Draft
       in favor of Chief Executive Officer, District Education Authority Bhakkar.

   • Without the original bid security, the bid will not be considered.
