Tender Details

Instructions to Bidders

1. Submission Platform:
   All proposals must be submitted electronically through the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS). No manual submissions will be accepted.

2. RFP Document Access:
   The complete RFP document, including specifications, terms, and conditions, is available to registered bidders on the EPADS system.

3. Submission Deadline:

   • Last Date for Proposal Submission: 23rd June 2025, by 10:30 AM

   • Opening of Technical Proposals: Same day, 23rd June 2025, at 11:00 AM via EPADS

4. Public Holiday Contingency:
   If the submission/opening date falls on a government-declared public holiday, the process will move to the next working day.
