Multan Waste Management Company (MWMC), established under Section 42 of the Companies Act, 2017, invites well-reputed, experienced, and financially sound firms, contractors, and suppliers—registered with the relevant tax authorities—to submit bids for the supply of janitorial materials, tools and equipment, and other miscellaneous items. These supplies are required for MWMC’s Janitorial and Housekeeping Services Project at Multan and Khanewal Railway Stations for the fiscal year 2025–26.

Bidding Method

• Procedure: Single Stage – Two Envelope (as per PPRA Rules 2014)

• Bid Security: Must be submitted as Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, CDR, or Pay Order

• Favouring: Multan Waste Management Company (MWMC)

• Note: Bids without valid Bid Security will be rejected as non-responsive.

Instructions for Bidders

1. Eligibility: Bidders must be registered with income tax authorities and EPADS (Punjab's E-Procurement System).

2. Submission Deadline: All bids must be uploaded on EPADS no later than 20th June 2025 at 11:30 AM.

3. Opening of Technical Proposals: Will take place on the same day at 12:00 PM through EPADS.

4. Presence at Opening: Bidders or their authorized representatives may attend the opening session with original CNICs.

5. Public Holiday Contingency: If the submission date falls on a public holiday, the bid opening will be held on the next working day at the same time.

6. Manual Submissions: Not accepted. Only electronic submissions through EPADS will be entertained.

7. Bid Requirements: Bidders must demonstrate experience, technical capability, and financial stability. All documentation must be provided as outlined in the tender documents.
