Important Information for Bidders

1. Bidding Process
   The procurement will be conducted through open competitive bidding under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure, as per the PPRA Rules 2014 (amended) and guidelines from the Health Department, Government of Punjab.

2. Mode of Submission
   All bids must be submitted online through Punjab’s official Electronic Procurement System (E-PADS) before 10:00 AM on June 20, 2025. Bids received after the deadline will not be accepted. Bidders or their representatives may attend the opening session at 10:30 AM the same day.

3. Bid Security

   • A bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated contract value is required.

   • This should be submitted in the form of a Cash Deposit Receipt (CDR), Demand Draft, Pay Order, or Bank Guarantee.

   • The original copy must be submitted in person at the office of the undersigned before or on the bid opening date, and a scanned copy must also be uploaded on E-PADS.

   • Failure to submit the required bid security will result in disqualification.

4. Document Requirements
   Along with the Technical Proposal, bidders must ensure all necessary documents and information are uploaded through E-PADS.

5. Compliance
   All bidding activity must strictly follow the Public Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) Rules 2014, amended to date.
