Civil & MEP Works and Establishment of Blood Bank in the Pathology Department at PKLI & RC, Rawalpindi.

Project Details

• Project Description: Civil construction, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) works, along with the complete establishment of a blood bank facility.

• Estimated Cost: PKR 16,351,370

• Bid Security (Fixed @ 2%): PKR 327,028

Bidding Process

• The procurement will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope bidding method, as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

• Bidders must submit:

  • A technical bid and a financial bid in separate envelopes.

  • A copy of bid security (Bank Guarantee, CDR, Demand Draft, or Pay Order) along with both bids.

  • The original bid security must be submitted to the address mentioned below before the deadline.

• Pre-Bid Meeting: June 23, 2025, at 11:00 AM in the PKLI Rawalpindi Conference Room

• Bid Submission Deadline: July 2, 2025, by 11:00 AM (via E-PADS)

• Bid Opening: July 2, 2025, at 11:30 AM (same day, through E-PADS, in the presence of bidders)

General Guidelines

• Bidding documents can be obtained free of cost with full specifications and requirements.

• All bidders are advised to read the tender documents carefully before submission.

• PKLI & RC will not be responsible for any costs incurred by bidders for preparing or submitting their bids.

• If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday or a non-working day, the next official working day will be considered instead, at the same time and venue.

• In the event of any conflict between the tender documents and the PPRA Rules 2014, the PPRA Rules will take precedence.
