Principal of Government Apprentices Training Centre (GATC), Gujranwala, invites sealed item-rate tenders based on the MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2025 (Gujranwala) issued by the Finance Department, Government of the Punjab. These tenders are for the Annual and Special Repair Works for the fiscal year 2024-25, and are open to contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) under the relevant category for the year 2024-2025.

Project Details:

• Name of Work: Annual Repair / Special Repair Work – FTY 2024-25

• Estimated Cost: Rs. 1,999,475/-

• Earnest Money (5%): Rs. 99,974/-

• Tender Closing Date & Time: 5th July 2025 at 11:00 AM

• Tender Opening Date & Time: 5th July 2025 at 11:30 AM

• Project Completion Time: 45 Days

Important Instructions:

1. Tender Submission:
   All eligible bidders/firms can download and submit tender documents free of cost through the EPADS portal available on PPRA under the GATC Gujranwala profile. Required documents include:

   • Valid CNIC

   • National Tax Number (NTN)

   • PEC registration (relevant category for 2024-2025)

   • Punjab Sales Tax (PST)/Punjab Revenue Authority (PRA) registration

2. Earnest Money:
   The earnest money, which is 5% of the estimated cost, must be submitted in original at the time of bid opening. Acceptable forms include:

   • Call Deposit Receipt (CDR)

   • Demand Draft (DD)

   • Pay Order (PO)

   • Banker’s Cheque
     The instrument should be issued by any scheduled bank in favor of the Principal, GATC Gujranwala. A scanned copy must also be uploaded with the bidding documents on EPADS. Failure to provide the original earnest money on time will result in rejection of the bid.

3. Submission Deadline:
   No bids will be accepted after the closing date and time. Any bid submitted late will be cancelled/rejected without consideration.

4. Right to Reject:
   The procuring agency reserves the right to reject any or all bids or proposals at any time before acceptance, in accordance with the provisions of PPRA Rules, 2014 (as amended).

5. Availability of Tender:
   This tender notice is also available on the official websites of TEVTA and PPRA for public access.

6. Public Holidays:
   If the Government declares a public holiday on the scheduled closing/opening date, the tender process will be moved to the next working day. The timings for submission and opening will remain unchanged. No further announcement (corrigendum) will be made in such cases.
