District Council Sahiwal invites sealed item-rate bids from eligible and registered contractors for several development projects under the fiscal year 2024–25. All works fall under TS rates (MRS 1st Bi-Annual 2025) and include Non-Scheduled Items as well. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with PPRA Rules and the guidelines of the EPADS (E-Pakistan Acquisition and Disposal System).

Tender Guidelines

• Method of Bidding: Single Stage – One Envelope as per PPRA Rules.

• Bid Submission:

  • Documents must be filled, signed, and stamped as per instructions.

  • Bidders must submit their bids electronically through EPADS by June 30, 2025, before 12:00 PM.

  • The original CDR (Earnest Money) should be submitted in person to the office of District Council Sahiwal before the submission deadline. Non-compliance will lead to bid rejection.

• Bid Opening: All bids will be opened via EPADS on June 30, 2025, at 1:00 PM in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

• Rate Quotation: It is mandatory to quote item rates in both figures and words on the official price schedule. Bids submitted in any other format will not be considered.

• Invalid Bids: Conditional, unsigned, incomplete, overwritten, or suspicious bids will be rejected.

• Performance Guarantee: To be provided by the successful bidder as per applicable government rules.

• Project Duration: Completion period will be mentioned in the work order, issued to the lowest evaluated bidder.

• Quality Control: It is the responsibility of the successful bidder to conduct required quality control tests at their own cost.

• Important Note: In the event of any arithmetic or typing mistakes, the original bid documents will be considered final.

• Authority's Rights: The District Council reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids before approval without assigning any reason.
