DHQ Hospital Okara is pleased to invite sealed bids from reputable and experienced firms for entering into a framework contract for the procurement of Reverse Osmosis (RO) Plants, including after-sales services, for the Dialysis Department during the financial year 2025–26. The delivery will be made to the hospital on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

Key Information:

• Estimated Contract Value: Rs. 2,600,000/-

• Bid Security: 2% of the estimated value

• Submission Deadline: 5th July 2025 by 09:00 AM

• Opening of Bids: 5th July 2025 at 09:30 AM

• Bidding Platform: Electronic Procurement & Auctioning System (EPAD) only – no hard copies will be accepted

• Bidding Procedure: Single stage – two envelope method (Technical and Financial Proposals submitted separately)

Bidder Requirements:

Firms interested in participating must demonstrate sound technical, financial, and managerial capabilities. The following documents are to be submitted electronically via EPAD as part of the technical bid:

• Company profile including relevant experience and performance history

• Technical, engineering, and managerial qualifications

• Details of after-sales service capability

• Signed and paginated documents in sequence as outlined in the Standard Bidding Documents

• Bid security worth 2% of the estimated contract value (Rs. 2,600,000/-)

Please note: Bids that do not meet the evaluation criteria will be rejected, and the financial proposals of non-responsive bids will be returned unopened.

How to Participate:

Interested firms may obtain complete bidding documents, specifications, and terms of the framework contract from the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Okara, or download them directly from the Punjab PPRA website. All bids must be submitted by the deadline mentioned above. No physical (hard copy) submissions will be entertained under any circumstances.

Important Notes:

• The evaluation will be conducted strictly in accordance with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (updated).

• The Purchase Committee reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance without assigning any justification.

• However, the committee will communicate the reasons for rejection to any bidder upon request.
