Important Information for Bidders

1. E-Procurement Process
   All bidding will be conducted through the Punjab Government’s e-procurement system (e-PADS), as outlined in the PPRA Rules.

2. Bid Submission Deadline
   Bidders must submit their bids online no later than 12:00 PM on 28th June 2025.

3. Bid Security
   Each bid must include a Bid Security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), Pay Order, or Demand Draft from a scheduled bank in Pakistan, equal to the percentages listed above. These will be verified before electronic opening of the bids.

4. Bid Opening
   Submitted bids will be opened on the same day (28th June 2025) at 12:30 PM in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives, at the District Police Office, Sargodha, via the e-procurement system.

5. Pricing Policy
   All firms are advised to quote their final and best prices, as there will be no negotiations after submission.

6. Taxation & Compliance

   • Applicable government taxes will be deducted at the time of payment.

   • Firms must provide valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration Certificates with their bid documents.
