Procurement of Equipment for PHFMC (FY 2024-25)

The Punjab Health Facilities Management Company (PHFMC), a not-for-profit company working under the Health & Population Department, Government of the Punjab, invites sealed bids from eligible and reputable suppliers for the Procurement of Equipment for health facilities under its administrative control for the financial year 2024-25.

Tender Details:

1. Interested bidders must submit their bids electronically through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority’s e-procurement system (EPADS) on or before 15th July 2025 at 02:00 PM.

2. The procurement process will be carried out exclusively online through EPADS.

3. Original bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost for each package/lot must be submitted to the Procurement Cell at the address mentioned above before the deadline.

4. The bidding will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in line with PPRA Rules.

5. There is no tender fee, and the detailed bidding documents — including terms & conditions, specifications, and evaluation criteria — can be downloaded free of cost from the official portals of PPRA or the Health & Population Department.

Important Notes:

• This procurement will strictly follow the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (updated to date) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.

• If the date of bid opening falls on a public holiday or any other non-working day, the bids will instead be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
