Tender Notice (Framework Contract)
Tender No. 04/BK/DHQ/2025

The Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Bhakkar, invites sealed tenders under a single-stage, two-envelope bidding process for the financial year 2025–2026. The tender is for the supply of the following item under a framework contract:

• All interested and eligible firms are required to submit their bids electronically through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (E-PADS) in line with the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.

• The closing date for submission of bids is 15th July 2025, by 11:00 AM.

• Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 noon in the office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Bhakkar. If the opening date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will apply.

• Bidding documents with detailed specifications and quantities can be downloaded from E-PADS or the PPRA website. Further information can also be obtained directly from the office of the undersigned.

• All bidders must submit bid security equal to 2% of the estimated cost in the form of an original Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) issued by any scheduled bank, in favor of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Bhakkar. The CDR must reach the office before the closing date and time.

• Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding under the single-stage, two-envelope procedure as specified in the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended up to date).

• Taxes will be deducted according to applicable government rules. Firms must also provide valid National Tax Number (NTN) and Sales Tax Registration Certificates.
