TEVTA invites item-rate tenders (based on the Market Rate System 2nd Bi-Annual 2024, Finance Department Punjab) from eligible contractors and firms for the following Annual Repair and Special Repair (AR/SR) works at the Institute of Blue Pottery Development, near the overhead bridge, Mumtazabad, Multan.

Project Details:

• Only contractors/firms registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) for the current financial year (2024–25).

• Bidders must also be registered with the Punjab PPRA E-Tendering System (EPADS). Details about registration can be checked on the PPRA Punjab website.

How to Submit Your Bid:

• Submit bids online through EPADS by 9:00 AM on 18th July 2025.

• Upload the earnest money of Rs. 95,046 in the form of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft made out to TEVTA-Institute of Blue Pottery Development.

• The original CDR must be handed over to the Tender Opening Committee half an hour before the opening time. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

Bid Opening:

• Bids will be opened on 18th July 2025 at 9:30 AM in the office of the Project Director, near the overhead bridge, Mumtazabad, Multan.

• The successful bidder’s quoted rate will be announced in the presence of the Tender Opening Committee.

Please Note:

• If any bidder submits fake information or documents (such as CDRs or receipts), they will be disqualified immediately and blacklisted from all future tenders. A recommendation will also be made to PPRA and PEC for further action.

• The bidding will be carried out under Single Stage – Single Envelope Procedure.

• Bids must remain valid for 90 days from the date of opening.

• This tender notice is also available on the PPRA, E-PAD, and TEVTA websites.

• TEVTA reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any stage as per PPRA Rule-35. Reasons for rejection will be shared with bidders if requested, but no justification will be required.
