District Headquarter Hospital Khanewal invites sealed bids on a LOT-wise basis from reputable firms, companies, or general order suppliers engaged in trading. Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and must hold active Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations.

This tender will be processed under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure (Technical and Financial bids submitted separately).

Important Instructions for Bidders:

• Submission Deadline: Bids must be submitted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 15th July 2025 at 10:00 AM.

• Bid Opening: Bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM in the presence of those bidders’ representatives who wish to attend.

• Bid Security: Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated budget, submitted in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order.

• Online Submission: Only bids submitted online via EPADS PPRA Punjab will be accepted. Hard copies or manual submissions will not be considered.

• If there is any difference between the documents submitted and the online submission, the online submission shall take precedence.

• Bidders must quote prices for every item in each LOT they wish to bid for. Partial or incomplete bids within a LOT will lead to disqualification.

• If a bidder submits a bid for the wrong LOT, it will be rejected.

• All processes will be conducted digitally through EPADS in line with Punjab Procurement Rules and Regulations. In case of any conflict between these instructions and PPRA Rules, the PPRA Rules shall apply.
