Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement of Laptops and Printers. Please note that joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed to participate in this tender.

The procurement will follow a national competitive bidding process, conducted online through the E-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) under Rule 38(2)(a) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014, using the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure with the least cost selection method.

Availability of Bidding Documents:
Bidding documents are available immediately after publication and can be viewed and downloaded free of cost from the PPRA Punjab and EPADS websites.

Details of Lots:

• Original bid security (in hard copy) must be submitted to the LWMC Head Office at the address given below before the bid submission deadline.

• Bids must be duly completed, signed, stamped, and in full compliance with the Bidding Documents.

• Bids must be submitted online through the EPADS portal by 11:00 AM on or before July 17, 2025.

• Bids will be opened online on the same day at 11:30 AM through EPADS in the presence of the bidders or their authorized representatives who choose to attend.

• Timely submission of bids on the EPADS portal is entirely the responsibility of the bidder.

• The response time for submission will be calculated from the date this notice is published on the EPADS website.
