The Office of the District Police Officer, Chakwal invites sealed tenders from reputable firms for the supply and repair of various items needed by the District Police Office. The procurement will be carried out under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, and all interested firms must be registered with the Income Tax Department, Sales Tax Department, and Punjab Revenue Authority.

Instructions for Bidders:

Complete bidding documents are available on EPADS as well as the PPRA website.

Interested firms must submit their bids electronically through the EPADS system no later than 15th July 2025 by 10:00 AM.

Technical and financial bids will be opened through EPADS on the same day at 11:00 AM in the presence of the procurement committee.

All firms must ensure that the required earnest money is attached with their bids as specified.
Note:
The District Police Officer, Chakwal, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids in accordance with Rule 35 of the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014.
