The Punjab Health Facilities Management Company (PHFMC), a not-for-profit organization under the Health & Population Department, invites sealed e-bids from eligible and reputable suppliers for entering into a framework contract for the supply of orthopedic implants and instruments. These items will be used across various health facilities managed by PHFMC during the financial year 2024-25.

Important Information for Bidders:

1. All bids must be submitted electronically through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority’s e-procurement system (EPADS) by 11:00 AM on 15th July 2025.

2. This procurement will be carried out entirely online using EPADS. Interested bidders must ensure they are registered on the system well before the deadline.

3. An original bid security amounting to 2% of the estimated cost for each package or lot must be submitted in physical form to the Procurement Cell, at the address mentioned above, before the closing date and time.

4. This procurement will be conducted under the Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per the rules of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA).

5. There is no tender fee, and the complete set of bidding documents, including detailed terms and conditions, technical specifications, required quantities, and evaluation criteria, can be downloaded free of cost from the relevant official portals.

Please Note:

• This procurement process will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014 (amended to date) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.

• If the bid opening date falls on a public holiday or a non-working day for any reason, the bids will instead be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.
