The Medical Superintendent, Tehsil Headquarter (THQ) Hospital Pirmahal, invites sealed bids from original manufacturers, sole distributors, authorized dealers, and well-reputed firms with proven experience in the relevant field. All interested bidders must be registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments.

Bids are invited for a Framework Contract for the supply of medical gases for the financial year 2025–2026.

Important Instructions

• Tender Documents:
  Interested and eligible bidders may obtain tender documents and specifications by submitting a written application along with valid NTN, GST registration, and a valid drug sale license, plus the non-refundable tender fee.

• Availability:
  Tender documents will be issued during working hours immediately after publication of this notice. They can also be downloaded for reference from PPRA Punjab.

• Bidding Procedure:
  The bidding will be carried out under Open Competitive Bidding (Single Stage – Two Envelope) procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules (PPRA 2014, amended).

• Bid Security:
  Must be provided as stated above — preferably in the form of Bank Guarantee, or CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft from any Scheduled Bank of Pakistan.

• Bid Submission & Opening:

  • Last date for submission: 26th July 2025, at 11:00 AM

  • Bids will be opened the same day at 1:00 PM in the office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Pirmahal, in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives.

• Rates:
  Please submit your best and final prices — no further negotiations will be held. Rates must be inclusive of all applicable taxes.

• Taxes:
  Taxes will be deducted as per applicable government rules. Valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration Certificates must be attached.

• Policy:
  Local purchase of medicines, surgical items, and disposables will follow the Local Purchase Policy 2022 (dated 29-06-2022).

• Other Conditions:
  THQ Hospital Pirmahal will not bear any cost related to the preparation or delivery of bids.
