DHQ Hospital Pakpattan invites electronic bids (E-bids) through the E-PADS system for the procurement of an Automatic Oxygen Manifold System for the Mother & Child Health Center, as per the details below:

Important Instructions for Bidders

1. Bidding Procedure:
   Bidding will be done under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014 (amended to date). E-bids must be submitted as PDF files through the E-PADS system.

2. Bid Security:
   Each E-bid must include a Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost, in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), in the name of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Pakpattan. Bids received without valid Bid Security or after the deadline will be rejected.

3. Availability of Documents:
   Bidding documents can be downloaded from the E-PADS system and the PPRA Punjab website.

4. Authenticity:
   Providing any fake documents (including CDR/receipts) will result in disqualification and blacklisting from future tenders.

5. Bid Submission & Opening Schedule:

   • E-bid Submission Deadline: 21st July 2025 (Monday) at 11:30 AM

   • E-bid Opening: Same day at 12:00 PM

   E-bids must be submitted online only through the E-Procurement System (E-PADS)

6. Original Bid Security:
   The original Bid Security instrument must be delivered in an envelope, clearly mentioning the Tender Number and Title, to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, DHQ Hospital Pakpattan, before the E-bid submission deadline.

7. Responsibility of Bidders:
   Bidders are strongly advised not to wait until the last minute to upload their bids. Timely submission through E-PADS is the sole responsibility of the bidder. DHQ Hospital Pakpattan will not be responsible for any delay or technical issues on the bidder’s side.
