Bid Security:
A Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost must be submitted for each lot, in the form of CDR/Pay Order/Demand Draft from a Scheduled Bank in Pakistan. The Bid Security must be valid for 120 days.

Key Instructions for Bidders

1. Application & Documents:

   • Bidders can obtain the detailed bidding documents and further information through Punjab’s E-Procurement System (EPADS).

   • Copies of the documents are also available for reference at PPRA Punjab.

2. Submission Mode:

   • All bids must be submitted online through EPADS. Bids not submitted through E-Procurement will not be accepted.

   • The original Bid Security instrument must be submitted in person to the Office of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Rojhan, before 11:00 AM on the closing date.

3. Bid Procedure:

   • This tender will be conducted under Single Stage – Two Envelope procedure in line with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).

   • Incomplete, unsealed, unstamped, or non-compliant bids will be rejected.

   • All bidders must submit their best and final prices, as no negotiations will be held.

4. Taxes & Registration:

   • All taxes will be deducted according to government rules.

   • Firms must submit valid NTN and Sales Tax Registration Certificates.

   • The procurement process will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).
