Instructions for Bidders

1. Bidding Procedure:
   Bids should be submitted under Single Stage – One Envelope procedure, containing both technical and financial proposals, as per Rule 38(1) of the Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.

2. Bid Submission & Opening:

   • Submit sealed bids to the Office of the Principal, Cadet College Okara by 10:30 AM on 23rd July 2025.

   • Bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders who choose to attend.

3. Bid Security:
   A Call Deposit/Demand Draft/Pay Order of Rs. 14,000/-, in favor of Principal Cadet College Okara, must be attached with the bid.

4. Tender Documents:
   Detailed specifications and terms & conditions can be obtained from the Principal’s Office on any working day between 8:30 AM and 12:00 PM, or downloaded from the PPRA Punjab Website or the College Website (www.cco.edu.pk).
   Note: Tender documents are non-transferable.

5. Validity:
   Incomplete bids or bids received after the due date/time will not be considered.

6. Taxes:
   All applicable taxes will be deducted at source as per government rules.

7. Right to Reject:
   The College reserves the right to reject any or all bids at any time before acceptance, as per Rule 35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
