Tender Reference No.: THQH Chishtian LP 2025-26 (I)

The Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Chishtian invites e-Bids from eligible manufacturers, sole agents, or sole importers of foreign principals for the supply of various items required for the hospital for the financial year 2025–2026. Bidders must be registered on the e-Punjab Acquisition & Disposal System (e-PADS) and with the relevant tax authorities.

The bidding process will follow the Single Stage – Two Envelope method under the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended).

Items to be Procured

• The mode of procurement is Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.

• Any required warranty details must be clearly mentioned in the technical specifications for each relevant item.

Important Dates & Deadlines

• Last date for e-Bid Submission: 23rd July 2025 (Wednesday) by 10:00 AM

• Bid Opening Date & Time: 23rd July 2025 at 10:30 AM

• Bid Validity: 120 days from the date of opening.

Submission Process

1. All bids must be submitted online through e-PADS.
   Hard copies are not required.

2. A Bid Security equal to 2% of the estimated cost for each quoted item or lot must be submitted.

   • The Bid Security must be in the form of a Bank Draft, Bank Guarantee, or CDR, in favor of the Medical Superintendent, THQ Hospital Chishtian.

   • The original Bid Security must be submitted to the hospital’s procurement office before bid opening time, in addition to uploading the soft copy on e-PADS.

3. Items must be quoted in the Technical & Financial Proposals, clearly stating both the Brand Name and Generic Name.

• Bidders are encouraged to register well in advance on e-PADS to ensure timely submission.

• The hospital is not responsible for any delays or failures due to internet issues, technical errors, or incomplete/corrupt uploads.

• If the opening date falls on an official holiday, bids will be opened the next working day at the same time and venue.

• All procurement will be conducted under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (amended) and Punjab Procurement Regulations 2024.
