The Infrastructure Development Authority of Punjab (IDAP) invites proposals from eligible and qualified bidders for the supply, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of Genetic Lab Equipment (Package No. 20, Lot-B; Real Time PCR). This procurement is for the BMT Center, Hospice & Palliative Care Center, and Main Hospital Building at the Nawaz Sharif Institute of Cancer Treatment & Research, Lahore.

IDAP is an autonomous authority established under the Infrastructure Development Authority of Punjab Act, 2016, responsible for planning, designing, constructing, and maintaining infrastructure in accordance with international best practices.

Procurement Details:

• Estimated Cost: PKR 90 Million

• Bid Security: As per PPRA/EPADS rules

• Bid Validity: As specified in the RFP

• Bidding Procedure: Open competitive bidding under EPADS

Submission Requirements:

• This procurement will be conducted exclusively through EPADS, the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority’s e-procurement system.

• Interested bidders must register on EPADS to participate.

• The RFP Notice and RFP Documents, containing detailed requirements, terms, and conditions, are available for registered bidders on:

  • EPADS: http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk

  • PPRA: http://ppra.punjab.gov.pk

• The response time is calculated from the date of publication of this advertisement on the PPRA website.

Proposal Submission:

• Technical and Financial Proposals must be submitted online through EPADS on or before 31st December 2025 at 2:30 PM.

• The Technical Proposal will be opened on the same day at 3:00 PM on EPADS.

• Manual or physical bids will not be accepted.

• If the submission date falls on a public holiday, the next working day will be considered the deadline for submission and opening.
