Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited (SNGPL) invites applications from eligible contractors and vehicle owners for the provision of rental vehicles in the following regions:

• Multan

• Sukkur

• Rahim Yar Khan

• Kot Addu

• Sui (Balochistan)

This tender is open only to contractors or vehicle owners who are listed as Active Taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR).

Tender Document Collection

Interested contractors/vehicle owners may obtain the tender documents during office hours—from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM—upon payment of a non-refundable fee of PKR 500.
Payment can be made through Pay Order, Demand Draft, or CDR drawn in favor of Sui Northern Gas Pipelines Limited.
Documents may be collected from the concerned Admin In-Charge/Office.

Submission of Quotations

Completed quotations/proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope to:

The submission deadline is:

• Date: 16 December 2025

• Time: Before 11:00 AM

All bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of the bidders who choose to attend.

Eligibility Condition

Only those companies, firms, contractors, or individuals whose names match the vehicle registration documents are eligible to apply. Vehicles must be registered under the name of the applicant.

Important Notice for Domestic Gas Consumers

Government of Pakistan has maintained the restriction on local (indigenous) gas connections. However, the government has allowed domestic gas connections under RLNG (imported gas) tariff only.

Consumers who previously deposited urgent fees or demand notice payments for local gas connections may request to shift their payment to an RLNG connection.
This can be done through SNGPL’s website, mobile app, or nearest Customer Service Center.

If consumers choose not to obtain a connection, they may apply for a refund of their deposited amount. Delay in shifting payments may affect your priority for RLNG connection processing.
