Public Auction Notice for Collection Rights (01.01.2026 to 30.06.2026)

The Municipal Committee Gojra invites the general public to participate in an open auction for the collection rights of the revenue items listed below. The auction will be held on 15 December 2025 at 9:30 AM at Jinnah Hall, Municipal Committee Gojra, in accordance with the Auction of Collection Rights Rules 2016.

Eligible participants must bring the following documents:

• Original CNIC

• Registration Certificate

• A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) or bank guarantee in the name of the Municipal Committee Gojra, as stated against each item.

• Written authorization in case of partnership or proprietorship

All CDRs will be returned to unsuccessful bidders after the auction. The competent authority reserves the absolute right to accept or reject any or all bids without assigning reasons.

Important Participation Conditions

1. Only registered contractors for the year 2025–2028 are eligible to participate.

2. In the case of a firm/company, only the owners or directors may participate. Representatives or agents are not allowed to place bids.

3. Only contractors registered under the Auction of Collection Rights Rules may participate.

4. Mobile phones are strictly prohibited inside the auction hall.

5. Successful bidders must mortgage property or land in the name of the Municipal Committee Gojra as security before receiving collection rights.

6. Persons blacklisted by any government institution or declared insolvent are not eligible to participate.

7. The contractor must personally supervise collection operations and appear in all legal matters—no representatives allowed.

8. Any violation of rules will result in cancellation of the contract, and all responsibility will lie with the contractor.

9. Monthly installments must be paid on time according to government guidelines; otherwise, legal action will be initiated.

10. Only those bidders will be allowed to participate whose Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) is issued in their own name in favor of Municipal Committee Gojra.

11. If the bid amount exceeds the reserve price by more than 50%, an additional CDR will be required.

12. Cash deposits will not be accepted under any circumstances.

13. The successful bidder must submit a bank guarantee within the stipulated time; failure to do so will result in cancellation of the bid.

14. If the tax schedule of the Municipal Committee is revised during the contract period, the contractor will be bound to pay at the revised rates.

15. Full contract terms may be viewed in the office of the Municipal Officer (Finance), Municipal Committee Gojra, during working hours.

16. No bid submitted after completion of the auction will be accepted.
