The Divisional Superintendent, Pakistan Railways Lahore, invites e-bids on a single-stage, single-envelope basis for various works listed below. Bidding will be carried out according to the Pakistan Railways Composite Schedule of Rates 2016 (Lahore Division) and applicable through-rates.

Eligible bidders must be:

• Firms registered with PEC in Category C-6 or above

• Holding specialization code CE-10

• Listed on the FBR Active Taxpayer List with valid NTN, and GST registration (required for Item No. 3)

Bidding Instructions

• Tender documents are available free of cost on the E-Procurement portal.

• Bidders must submit their bids only through the E-PADS system. Manual or offline submissions will not be accepted.

• A scanned copy of the Bid Security (CDR) issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Divisional Accounts Officer, Pakistan Railways Lahore, must be uploaded with the online bid.

  • The firm’s name must appear on the CDR.

• The original Bid Security must be placed in the Tender Box located at the office of the Divisional Engineer-I, Pakistan Railways, Boghi Road, Lahore, along with other documents required under the bidding rules.

• All bids must be uploaded on E-PADS before 11:00 AM on 20 December 2025.

• Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the chamber of the Divisional Engineer-I, Pakistan Railways Lahore, in the presence of firm representatives who wish to attend.

Additional Information

• Only bids submitted through E-PADS will be considered.

• Pakistan Railways reserves the right to reject all bids at any time prior to acceptance, in line with PPRA Rules.

• This tender notice is also published on relevant government and organizational platforms.

An amount of Rs. 15,000 has been deposited via transaction No. 010921195504 dated 01-12-2025 through HBL in favor of PPRA.
