Invitation for E-Bids

Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation, an autonomous organization under the Ministry of Energy (Petroleum Division), Government of Pakistan, invites electronic bids from interested parties or contractors. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments, Punjab Revenue Authority, and appear on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.

The tender is for the development, excavation, loading, and transportation of rock salt from the following sites for a period of one year:

• Makrach Mine No. 0410

• PMDC Makrach Weighbridge

• Bhelowal Depot

• M/s LCI Khewra (Direct)

E-Bidding Documents containing detailed terms, conditions, procurement methods, bid security requirements, and bid opening procedures are available electronically and can be downloaded free of cost from the EPADS-PPRA website.

Submission Details:

• Bid Submission Deadline: 30th December 2025, 11:00 AM

• Tender Opening: 30th December 2025, 11:30 AM (participants may attend online)

• Bid Money: Rs. 200,000/- in the form of Demand Draft/Pay Order in favor of Pakistan Mineral Development Corporation

1. The original Bid Security must be submitted to the undersigned before the online submission deadline. Bids without original security will not be considered.
