Tender Notice: Procurement of Windows Operating System Datacenter Edition

The Punjab Land Records Authority (PLRA) invites bids for the procurement of Windows Operating System Datacenter Edition using the Single Stage Two Envelope Method as per PPR-2014. The procurement process will be conducted online through the EPADS portal.

Important Instructions:

• All bidders must be registered on the EPADS portal.

• Manual, conditional, telegraphic, or postal bids will not be accepted.

• Bid Security: Bidders are required to upload a bid security in the form of Bank Guarantee, Call Deposit Receipt (CDR), or Bank Draft from any scheduled bank in Pakistan in favor of PLRA.

  • The bid security must be uploaded on the portal at least half an hour before the bid opening time.

  • Original bid security must also be submitted to PLRA before the closing time of the tender, otherwise the bid will not be considered.

Bids will be opened on the EPADS portal by the designated committee. Bidders may attend the opening if they wish.
