Technology Upgradation & Skill Development Company (TUSDEC), under the Ministry of Industries & Production, Government of Pakistan, invites sealed bids for the supply and installation of machinery and equipment at the Cutlery Institute of Pakistan (CIP), Wazirabad, under the National Strategic Programme for Acquisition of Industrial Technology (NSPAIT).

Eligibility:

• Bidders must be original manufacturers, authorized distributors, suppliers, or contractors.

• Must be registered with Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments and on the Active Taxpayers List of the Federal Board of Revenue.

Bid Details:

• Bidders may apply for all items or any single item.

• Bid submission deadline: 07 January 2026 at 11:00 AM

• Bid opening: 07 January 2026 at 11:30 AM via E-PADS at TUSDEC Head Office, Lahore

• Bid Security: 2% of bid value in the form of Bank Guarantee, CDR, or Demand Draft; scanned copy to accompany e-bid, original to be submitted to TUSDEC office.

Bidding Documents:

• Available on submission of a written application and payment of non-refundable fee Rs. 2,000/- at TUSDEC office.

Notes:

• TUSDEC reserves the right to accept or reject any/all bids in accordance with PPRA Ordinance 2002.

• Submission of false information or documents will lead to disqualification.
