Daanish University Trust (DUT), a public trust registered under the Punjab Trust Act 2020, is working with the Federal Government to establish Daanish University. DUT invites Expressions of Interest (EOIs) from reputable and well-established head-hunting firms and companies for the Hiring of Services of Head-Hunting Firms/Companies for Recruitment of Professionals for the financial year 2025–2026.

1. General Information

• Firms/Companies must have active Income Tax and Sales Tax registrations.

• Prequalification will be carried out using the Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) Method, in line with PPRA Regulations 2010.

• The detailed EOI document, including Terms of Reference and all requirements, is available on the official e-procurement portals.

• Online registration on the EPADS digital portal is mandatory for downloading the EOI and submitting the bid.

2. Submission Requirements

• A Bid Declaration Form (as per Annex-E) must be submitted along with the EOI.

• Firms must submit their bids online through the EPADS portal on or before 29 December 2025 at 11:00 AM (Pakistan Standard Time).

• Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of authorized representatives, at the address given below.

• In addition to the online submission, bidders must also submit a hard copy of their complete bid to the office mentioned below before the closing date and time.

• DUT reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions as per PPRA Rules 2004.
