Addendum / Corrigendum

The National Electric Power Regulatory Authority (NEPRA), established under the Regulation of Generation, Transmission and Distribution of Electric Power Act, 1997 (XL of 1997), previously invited applications from Consultant(s), Consulting Firm(s), or Joint Ventures to undertake the Third-Party Annual Assessment and Verification of IESCO’s Five-Year Investment Plan for the period FY 2023-24 to FY 2027-28. The original invitation was published in the national newspapers The News and Express on 9th November 2025.

1. Extension of Submission Deadline

Please be informed that the deadline for submitting bids has now been extended.
Interested parties must submit their proposals through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (e-PADS) on or before 29 December 2025 at 1400 hours.
All proposals will be opened on the same day at 1430 hours.

2. Updated Documents Available

The updated addendum/corrigendum, including the revised deadline and any other changes, has been uploaded to the e-PADS system.
The advertisement and tender documents are also available on the official NEPRA and PPRA tender portals.
