INVITATION TO BID
Procurement of Fresh Food Items – Framework Contract for FY 2025–26

Governor’s House, Lahore is inviting sealed e-bids from eligible Firms, Companies, Sole Proprietors, and General Order Suppliers who are registered with the Income Tax and Sales Tax Departments. The purpose of this tender is the procurement of fresh food items through a Framework Contract for the financial year 2025–26. Procurement will be carried out under the Single Stage – Two Envelope Procedure as per PPRA Rules 2014.

Tender Lots and Details

Bid Security

All e-bids must include a Bid Security equivalent to the amount mentioned above for each lot. Bid Security should be submitted in the form of a CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order, made in favor of:

Section Officer (General), Governor’s House, Lahore

Late bids will not be accepted.

Submission Procedure

• Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement System (EPADS).

• The Original Bid Security must also be submitted physically in a sealed envelope, clearly marked with the Bidding Document Number, Lot Number, Item, and Title.

• This envelope must reach the designated office before the bid submission deadline.

26 December 2025 at 11:00 AM

Additional Information

• The bidding documents will be available immediately after the tender advertisement is published on the official procurement portals.

• Governor’s House, Lahore will not bear any cost incurred by bidders in preparing or submitting their bids.

• If the submission date falls on an official holiday, the next working day will be treated as the closing date.

• Governor’s House reserves the right to reject any or all bids in accordance with PPRA Rules 2014.

• The response time will be calculated from the date the advertisement appears on the PPRA website.
