Punjab Information Technology Board (PITB), Government of the Punjab, invites bids for the procurement of hardware for the Experience Centre Project - DC-04.

Procurement Procedure:

• The process will follow Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 under Single Stage – Two Envelope Bidding Procedure.

• Tender documents are available for free download at www.pitb.gov.pk and www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk.

Submission Instructions:

• Technical and Financial bids must be completed, signed, stamped, and submitted online through EPADS at https://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk

• Submission Deadline: 30 December 2025, 11:00 AM

• Bid Opening: 30 December 2025, 11:30 AM

Important Notes:

• Bidders should submit their bids well before the deadline; PITB is not responsible for portal delays.

• Incomplete, unsigned, late, or improperly submitted bids will not be considered.

• All bids must include Income/Sales Tax registration certificates and other required documents.

• Bidders must register on EPADS before submission. Assistance for EPADS registration is available via support email/phone.

• PITB reserves the right to reject any or all bids before acceptance, as per Rule-35 of Punjab Procurement Rules, 2014.
