Invitation to Bid

The Punjab Building Department invites bids from engineering firms and contractors for the following works under PPRA E-Tendering System in accordance with PPRA Rules (amended up to date):

Works & Estimated Costs:

1. Revamping/Reconstruction of Existing Dispensaries and MCH Centers across Punjab, District Sargodha

   • Estimated Cost: Rs. 101.779 Million

   • Earnest Money: Rs. 5,088,950

   • Tender Number: 5271/D (ADP No. 416 for 2025-26)

2. Solarization of Office of Superintending Engineer, Buildings Circle Sargodha

   • Estimated Cost: Rs. 1.784 Million

   • Earnest Money: Rs. 89,200

   • Deadline: 05-12-2025

3. Solarization of Office of Executive Engineer, Buildings Division Sargodha

   • Estimated Cost: Rs. 1.784 Million

   • Earnest Money: Rs. 89,200

   • Deadline: 05-12-2025

Note: For solarization works, contractors must have PEC code EE11 (Solar).

Eligibility & Instructions:

• Valid PEC registration in relevant category/codes.

• Contractors must be registered on Punjab PPRA website: www.punjab.eprocure.gov.pk.

• Upload scanned Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) @ 5% of estimated cost; original CDR to be submitted 30 minutes before tender opening.

• Bids will be retrieved and announced on 31-12-2025, 11:30 AM at Commissioner Sargodha Division Office, in the presence of Tender Opening Committee.

• False information, fake CDRs, or incomplete bids will lead to disqualification, and cases may be forwarded to PEC & PPRA for strict action.

• Performance Guarantee: Successful bidders must submit 10% of contract amount as CDR/Bank Guarantee within 15 days.

• Rates must be quoted against each entry/item of DNIT/BOQ; incomplete financial bids will be declared non-responsive.

• Complete tender documents must be submitted through PPRA E-Tendering System (E-PADS).

Grievance Redressal: A Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) is constituted to handle complaints related to procurement.
