The Ministry of Federal Education and Professional Training invites sealed bids from eligible suppliers for the establishment of three high-impact IT Labs in FDE schools. This initiative is part of the Ministry’s effort to upgrade technology in public schools and colleges to enhance learning outcomes, financed through a World Bank credit (7872-PK) under the “Actions to Strengthen Performance for Inclusive and Responsive Education Program.”

Key Information:

• Bidding Procedure: Single Stage, Two Envelope (as per Public Procurement Rules 2004 and subsequent regulations/guidelines).

• Bid Security: PKR 1,000,000/- (One Million Pakistani Rupees) in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) in favor of Procurement Specialist, ASPIRE.

• Bid Submission: Original technical bid along with two copies, properly filed and sealed, must be submitted via PPRA EPADS and delivered to:

• Deadline for Submission: 31st December 2025, 2:30 PM

• Bid Opening: Technical bids will be opened immediately after submission, in public, in the presence of bidders’ representatives who wish to attend.

This tender is open to all eligible and qualified bidders who comply with the requirements outlined in the bidding documents. Interested bidders are encouraged to review the documents carefully and submit complete proposals on time.
