Auction Notice – Fiscal Year 2025–26

The Town Committee Jhol invites sealed bids from interested individuals, firms, and contractors for the recovery rights of various taxes and fees for the fiscal year 1st July 2025 to 30th June 2026.

The auction will take place as per the schedule below:

• First Attempt: 26th June 2025 at 11:00 AM

• Second Attempt (if needed): 27th June 2025 at 11:00 AM

• Third Attempt (if needed): 30th June 2025 at 11:00 AM

• Venue: Office of Town Committee Jhol, District Sanghar

Auction Items and Details

How to Participate

• Interested parties must deposit 10% of the official bid amount listed above in the name of Town Committee Jhol before participating.

• Cash and traveler’s cheques are not accepted.

• Unsuccessful bidders will have their deposits refunded on the next working day.

• Parties or firms defaulting on any other municipal contracts are not eligible to participate.

• The terms and conditions of the auction, as well as the auction schedule, can be viewed at the Town Committee Jhol office during office hours on working days.

Important Notes

• The auctioning authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in accordance with Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010.

• The final contract value includes a mandatory 15% increase over last year's contract amount.
